During this challenging time, we know that you have great concern for the welfare of your loved ones. We want to reassure you that we are focused on delivering safe, proactive, and compassionate care that overlooks no detail in the effort to ensure our clients’ safety and comfort.
As always, we strive to provide individualized care according to need. But we also wanted you to know about the additional steps we are taking to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dear ones as well as our care team.

What We Are Doing To Protect You From Coronavirus

Minimizing Exposure

Our coronavirus care plan follows strict guidelines as mandated by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). These measures are designed to reduce the risk of exposure to the virus, and include practical guidelines for handwashing and respiratory etiquette as well as recognizing symptoms, should they arise.

Based on what we now know about the novel coronavirus, we have implemented the following practices to keep our clients safe and healthy:
  • WHO-mandated mask-wearing guidelines
  • Infection control protocols, like cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and hand washing
  • Active symptom monitoring and recognition of virus warning signs
  • We continue to update staff on outbreaks in the community and at facilities
  • Providing medical supplies and protective gear when needed
Sourcing and Securing Adequate Protective Gear. We are working diligently to obtain supplies and protective aids such as face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.

Coronavirus Safety Training. Each team member is required to go through specialized coronavirus safety training to ensure all protocols are followed and understood.

Coronavirus Assessment Protocol Implementation. Together with our physicians, we have developed a COVID-19 assessment protocols that we are continuously adapting to new information from CDC and WHO. We use it with all of our clients and our team.
